Hello everyone,
I am thinking of buying a site in one of the projects in Kamanahalli, which is about 5 km from Sarjapur.
I have Shirdi sai layout, and Urban habitat in my mind.
I am looking for house construction in another one or two years.
My biggest worry is whether that place has prospects in the coming years, whether it will be liveable..?
also I would like to have any info or comments from you regarding the locality/builders etc..

From Zero % to 70% occupancy, generally take 12-15 year.
If there are already 10-15 houses and have basic amenities, after two yearthere may be 5 more slnew houses at most not more than that, if you are ok with those conditions go for it.
Security may be a concern there, if neighborhood is empty.
Think thourghly. See when Hsr, anjanapura, jp nagar 8-9 was approved, and how many years it has taken all these layout to develop.
These are all BDA layout, to see the development of private layouts in kammanahalli see how long it has taken for tejaswini layout , Nobel residency, meenakshi gardens, hallmark lotus layout, nobo nagar, central exercise layout, to reach in the todays state, its been like 12-15years, AMD still some of these are not 10% civilized.
