BBMP plan approval for 50' x 80'

Hi

I would be constructing 1200 sq ft house on a 50 x 80 site for which I will be seeking BBMP plan approval.
My ward comes Kengeri range.

1) Is online submission a must for a site of this dimension?

2) What are the ongoing rates for DD charges and bribes?
