Maxium builtup on 40 by 6 plot

What is the maximum building can be constructed as per BDA approval process on a 40 by 60 plot? I knew we can't built entire 2400 sq ft (wall to wall) and it would be illegal.

Your querry is not clear, whether you are asking the height of the bulding also (vertically) or only for Ground Floor built up area.
In anycase, attached table gives you the basic setback guidelines, drawings which follows this guidelines only gets approval from BDA/BBMP.
