Tile Fixing

Hello,

What would be the labour charges for fixing Vitrified Tiles. Material woudl be provided by me. Fixing need to be done on existing tiles.

I enquired in local shop dealing with Vitrified tiles, they mentioned 18 rs Per SQ Feet would be the labour charges. I am assuming
this price is same for fixing wall tiles in bathroom. would there be different rates for skirting ?

Please tell what should be the reasonable charges.

I'm from Bangalore east. Nearby my area they are charging 10 - 12 Rs / Sft.
I heard nearby for skirting tile laying charge will be calculated on running sq.ft since it involves cutting
I don't have idea about the Wall tiles charges.

I am almost getting done with the flooring work. I am paying 12/- per sft for the floor and skirting and all, 10 per running feet. I am getting it done by a reputed person, who has experience of over 20 years in the same field. I would feel that anything more than 12 is expensive and you can get it for 10/- also, but checkout the quality.

As per my analysis, kajaria is cheaper in comparision to NITCO, SOMANY, or any other reputed brand. Starting range for Kajari is 50 RS PSF

I am also Planning to start the Tile fixing for my floor . Can you please share the contact details of the person who did the job for you. Also can you please mention the rates like skirting , fixing of bathroom wall tiles, and Granite fixing at the kitchen ( only labor charges)

i enquired 2 days back and they are charging 18 Rs for flooring, and 20 Rs running feet for skirting, and 30 Rs for nosing which seems to be costly .
