Site rate in Meenakshi/Vinayak Layout Kodipalya

Hi All,
Anybodya know about the ongoing site rate in Meenakshi layout, Vinayaka layout or any nearby location (dipalya near kengeri). I saw some site through broker. The site range is from 1500 to 2500 per SQFT. I just wanted to know the exact price in that area.
Also if anybody want to sell their site please let me know. I am looking for 1000 to 1500 SQFT site.

Price in Annapoorneshwari layout itself is around Rs.1800/- per sft , it should around same price or less in surrounding areas
