I m planning to sell my plot measuring 2400 sq ft approx in canterbury castles, melekote cross, tubugere hobli. It has its backdorp as nandi hills and Its 5 kms from doddaballarpur railway station and apparel park and its close to ITC factory. Its been approved by 'State Bank Of Mysore' and other finatial institutions for loan. The plot is a registered in' Feb 2007' and it is BMRDA approved. Its a gated community with all the facilities like gym, jogging track, club house, swimming pools etc inside a very well developed compound. Suitable for NRI's. Can anybody give me an idea as what is the per sq ft price going on in that area. Brokers are misguideing me.
