Puja Nakshatra by Puja Megastructures

Hi,

Anyone in this fourm have heard about Puja Nakshatra apartments near Gublalla, Kanakpura road behind Mantri Tranquill. Teh bulder is constructing an apartment consisting of 2 blocks and 80 flats in total. The layout of the flat is good, and he has approvals from SBI, KSFC and almost all major nationalized banks.

I've like a flat in there however the asking price is 2900. Any idea if it is worth the effort.
