The last I heard, the supreme court had ruled in favor of original land owners for a part of the layout

The rest of the layout may be litigation free; but it is not clear which part has to be returned to land owners.
Has SC provided further clarification on this? Or does the society acquisition documents distinguish between the land provided by BDA post acqusition and the land society acquired on their own?
