What documents needs to be collected for plot purchase?

I'm in a process of purchasing a plot. What documents i need to get from the builder and also please mention what changes in the documents i need to take care of and apply for.

Can you please give some more details like, if the plot is a BDA plot or a BDA approved society plot or is a BMRDA approved layout that you are buying the plot in or is it a BIAPPA apporved plot?

yes. Its a BMRDA approved plot.
