BDA khatha or BBMP khatha

Hi,

I purchased a site which was BDA approved one. All sites got released from BDA. BDA khatha has to be done by individual site owners.
But recently this layout came into BBMP limits. So i am in confusion whether to go for BDA khatha or to BBMP khatha ?
Should we need to have BDA khatha for applying to BBMP khatha ?

Anyone here can explain/suggest me on this ? Thanks in advance.
