Labour contract

Hi

I am looking for labour contact and it got the quote from 200 to 230, and they do calculate based on measurement from pillar to pillar .

What are aspects need to be looked upon so that we won;t get cheated?

Generally they measure the roop level + front portion till boundary wall.

This is what I have done:

1. construction of fully built up Area - Rate 1
2. Construction of balconies - Rate 2
3. Construction of parking area - Rate 3

This will help you save costs. 20K is slightly on the higher side, but again depends on what it EXCLUDES !!

He told in included everything inside the pillar to pillar, including stair case inside.

Can you please give the rate you received for

Excavation - 7/ CFT
Parapet/ compound wall - Included in Rate1.

Can you please share the contractor details as i have asked 2 to 3 people but all are saying 200 Rs, but exterior is separate feeling it is too expensive?

does this include excavation for foundation for interior and exterior walls?

What is this Gangman charges?

RCC Column/Pillar box/Ceiling wood box works for concreting will come anyway as part of centering which should be part of your built up area am i right? . But you have gone that as separate?
