Victory Harmony Litigation status

Dear friends,
I am considering a flat in Victory Harmony, Anand Nagar. I did a google search and came across the following link on the old msn mybdasites.com page. According to which it is litigation property. But this is an old post, from 2007. I was wondering if anyone knows the current status of this case?
