Looking for 30*40 site in Bank officers layout

I am looking for a 30*40 site in Bank Officers layout which is also called Narayana Nagar. it is well planned layout, I would appreciate if anybody provides a fair price for the plot.
Is there a premium for corner sites.

I am also looking for a plot in this area. Narayana Nagar first block sites are fast moving and are quoting 3.5 K - 4 K from what I hear. Sites are available in 2nd block for 2.2 to 2.7 K. Downside is: one side of the 2nd block is near to a dump ground and the other side is near to a burial ground. Some of the sites which I saw to be away from these, were at least 700-800m from Anjanapura double road from either side.

I have observed that corner plots quote at 10% more than other plots.

I like Narayana Nagar 3rd block (next to Konankunte lake) as it is a flat layout. There is a dispute for a part of the land in the layout for which high court ruled in favor of the society. That said, I am told that the legal battle will go to the next level. I am planning to take advice from an advocate on this prior to next steps. If anyone has any information, can you please share? Specifically, is the dispute limited to only a part of the layout? If so, how do we find out which part of the layout is litigation free?

My lawyer advised me to be cautious about sites in Bank officers layout 2nd stage 2nd block (a.ka. 3rd block) as one part of the layout still has dispute. I gathered information that other parts of the layout is safe, but it is not possible to find out which survey number in the layout is problematic.

Is there any update someone on the forum got on the disputed survey numbers? I am in the process of buying a 40x60 in Stage II and need to make the decision soon. Would appreciate if anyone has got specific updates on the disputed area within this layout. The papers look fine and there are no other specific data on the internet reagrding the dispute (apart from this link).

There is at least one known dispute in survey no. 78/4. If you visit the site, some of the sites have a board displaying the case number (such as OS No. 9382/07) that still seem to be open. You can send me a PM as I recently got the complete documents verified with the lawyer.
Broadly there are two issues
1) A dispute regarding whether compensation for acquisition needs to be paid to original owners or tenants in the site. The outcome of the dispute does not have any impact on potential site buyers
2) One of the land owners has filed a case saying that the Society had an MoU with him to return back some of the sites. I don't have details on how valid this claim is or whether the case is settled yet.

Just to clarify; Bank officers layout 3rd block a.k.a II nd stage 2nd block is the layout that had some active disputes. Bank officers layout 2nd block a.k.a II nd stage 1st block has no known problems as far as I know. Sorry for the confusion

I almost finalized a site in 2nd block (II stage 1st block) but backed out as I have to wait for constructing a house till the burning of garbage near Anjanapura 3rd A block ends. No one seems to know when it will end and the chemicals released from the landfill will contaminate air and ground water till then.

I bought 30*40 site recently in Narayananagara 3rd block, high court case is solved as per the papers. This is very potential area and good layout, at present many building are in-construction.
