M20 RCC Cost...

Now a days, what shall be typical item rate by civil contractor for M20 columns or slabs per cft ?
Excluding steel, but including steel bar bending, scaffolding, and all other efforts.

With ultra tech cement, fine sand,bar bending and seamless sheet centering will cost between 150/- to 175/- per cft.Price varies with quantity and quality of work.

Are you talking about labour or labour+material for only the RCC( RCC filling labour + sand + jelly + cement + stell + barbending + gangmen + centering) ?

Is is only the roof or for pillar/beam/lintel as well?

Current rate ranges at 190/- 230/- per cft includes rcc material + centring only .Steel,bar bending, water, power separate.

Could you please share prevailing per sqft plastering rate where the contractor uses Ramco 43 grade cement, river sand and takes care of scaffolding, curing.

What would be extra if lime rendering is needed for inside walls.

Can you please clarify me the rates given by my contractor is correct or not,

My building is Gr+2 in Kalyan Nagar.
Mix. M20 (Zuari Primo Cement)
RCC work including material and lobor (steel price and bending, placement cost not inclued)
Footings - 160 /CFT.
Columns, Beams, Linte, Chajja and Slabs (Gr floor to 2nd floor) - Rs. 175 to 190/CFT.
Staicase (Gr floor to 2nd floor) - Rs. 195 to 205/CFT.

Reinforcement Steel Cost (steel price and bending, placement) - Rs. 62,500 / Ton.
Basic Steel Price Rs. 46000/Ton. (Prime Gold TMT)
