What's the prevailing rate for plots in RPC Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore? How to find out the market rate?
Where can I get the govt rates?

It is around 7000Rs on wards depending on the location. This is rough price as seen from paper advertisements.

I stay in RPC layout in rented house close to swimming pool.

Hi,

I live in RPC Layout and you will not find anything less that 6500-7000/-.

Chandra Layout they are quoting 5500-6000/-.Iam not sure if the prices are heading further North or its stagnent.
