Sharing huge plot near Uttarahalli

I have an opportunity to discuss. I have checked out a BBMP A khata plot near Uttarahalli.
Its a 5400 sqft (60 x 90 odd site) plot direct from an owner, North Facing. 60ft road side.
Each would get around 2600sqft plot with a common passage. I am looking for a veg only partner(preferably kannadiga) to share.
No offence to non-veg/non-kannadigas.

Hi....interesting proposition.

Few things to keep in mind are:

1. The ownership right to the prospective buyer to be shared at 50%
2. The area of the building to be constructed by each parties to be pre-determined
3. Clause to incorporate any changes in the building expansion.
4. Equal rights to open space.
5. Most importantly - exit clause, if any party is not interested in agreement continuity.

I suppose you have thought about all of this....honestly, if you cannot afford a single big piece, settle down for what you could buy & live all by yourselves - No offence meant !!
