Help required from a structural engineer

Hi friends,
I am interested in buying an old house. It is an architect designed house with brick and stone based pillar construction. It would be nice if i get professional help (Will be paid ofcourse) from a structural engineer/architect/builder to find out the strength , overall health and pros and cons of the building. The building is at Banashankari and wanted to finalize the same in couple of days based on the report.

Please let me know if anybody can inspect the building and give me a consent.
