I'm a genuine buyer (not a broker) interested in a 50x80 site from direct owners in SMV 1st or 3rd block. The agents here are quoting 2300/- to 2700/- psft. What is a good price here? Is anyone interested in selling your sites?

1st block prices would be RS 2500 but in 3rd block the price may go down compared to 1st block
