Dear all,
Iam new to this website. and also to bangalore. I went and saw 2 plots in pride valley view , off bannergatta road. The seller quoted Rs 1100 per sq ft. On the main road , there are many developers ,near koppa gate who quote the same. But pride valley view is another 4 km inside. Is the quoted price a good one. Also, I heard people saying that the appeciation will not be very much at this place. Please give me your suggestions

Please move your query to 'General' category. This section 'Site for sale' is under classifieds. So, its better to move to right category.
