Lowest priced BDA site (please append the list)

Hi mbs members!
Its known that the price of a BSK VI St site were Rs ~300 psft during 2003!! Though we can not travel back on time and invest on BSK VI, lets find a probable BDA site, on which one can invest least and expect best in some 10 years or so. Please share the least priced BDA site, that you have come across. Its okay even if the information is yet to be authenticated (like the below one from me)

Hello sir/madam. 2003..!! 7 years gone. BSK 6th Stage BDA layout started in 2001. 10 yrs before. Now minimum going 2500/- per sq. feet and maximum 4000/- per sq. feet. I am sending you last week price data.

I happen to visit another BDA approved layout (again, the info is not yet verified)
Layout: Vishnu Garden
Location: Next to Ramasandra Village, on the other side of the Hirikere. (Mariyappana palya - KEB - SMV lyt 3rd Blk - SMV lyt 4th Blk - expressway underpass - Ramasandra Village - Hirikere - Vishnu Garden. A total of ~4 kms from Mariyappana Palya main Rd)

They mention that the layout is attached to the upcoming Kempegowda layout.
Though, I'm not keen, curious to know, does anyone verified the approval status and the adjacency to Kempegowda Layout ? or any buyers ?
