Prevailing rates in Uttarahalli

Has anyone bought an apartment in Uttarhalli lately? If yes, please tell me the prevailing rates/sq ft (Like: 2500/sqft etc) and other charges like car parking, BWSSB/KPTCL, registration charges etc.

One of my relative has booked a 1200sqft apartment in simhadri layout near KR hospital utttarahalli main road, for 2750/- per sqft this includes parking, bescom etc... but excludes registration

total 33lakhs except registration
