SRR Wimbledon - Yelhanka

Dear Members,

Do you guys have any feedback about this layout which is 3 KM away from Yelhanka [ SRR WImbledon ] they claim they got the BDA approval for this layout. They are quoting around 1500 PSQFt. Is this a reasonable price in that area ? Project is not yet launched officially, but i heard sometime back people blocked some plots in that layout [ they quoted Rs /- 1000 PSQFt ], Please let me know its worth to investment in that project, is there any scope for this layout in couple of years ?

Hi All,

I have bought a 40*40 site here in March 2011 even before the approval.now the approval is in place and getting ready for Bank approval. I bought it from a person who has blocked 30 sites of various dimensions and bought it directly from SRR Directors. Let me know if you are intrested to buy too. As my brother and my colleugues are going to buy from him for discounted price as group buy.

when i spoke to one of the directors they claim the sites would appricitate up to Rs.4000/- per sqft in next two years. FYI.
