Anyone in this forum holding site in Upkar Springfields? I have one 30x40 site.

If you have a site there, please reply to this post with just your name. So that, in future, we know how many people are in the group. This information can help us in future.

Some more information: I visited the layout 2 weeks back and saw electrical poles have been laid out.

What rate you bought the site @ Upkar Springfields? They are quoting 875/- now.

I did not buy any plot. One of my relative bought plot in Upkar Spring fields. I cannot comment on the rates since I do not know about the prevailing rates in that area currently and above that my relative bought the sites long time (around 2005 I believe)

Greenfields - 975
Spring Fields - 875
Meadows - 875

Not sure about current rates.
Let me know if you have visited them recently and checked on the rates.

Hi, I am planning to book a east facing 2400 Sqft plot in Upkar meadows. It seems the best price that I would get for this project is 1040 psft. Can any one suggest if this is a good price. Also does any one hold a property here who can guide me about their general understanding of the developer.( How trust-able etc.) Which lawyer and bank should I approach for verification and loan.
