Number of floors that we can construct in a BBMP site?

Hi All,
Can anybody let me know how many floors that we can construct in a 30x40 site which comes under BBMP limits.
Can i construct G+3 floors will i get the plan approval for that?

Hi anand,
You will get permission for G+3 but depends up on the road width,FAR etc...In smaller sites more the floors your floor plate will be so small that can't accommodate your requirements.

Thanks for your reply..
The road width in front of site is of 25 feet.. Can i get the permission for G+3.. In the ground floor i m planning for 1bhk house and rest for parking and on all 3 floor planning for 2 BHK houses..

Hi Anand,
As per bye laws you don't get permission for the same.

I am buying 2 30x40 BBMP A Khata adjacent sites(60 road facing and 40 Interior).I want to construct houses for rental purposes.can you please suggest options.
