Land Rate in BTM 6th Stage

Hi Friends,

Kindly request to provide your expertice advice/help on purchasing the Plot.

I have seen a BDA Site 30x40 in B.T.M Layout 6th Stage.

The seller is the direct allotee & he is quoting Rs 3000 per Sqft . The broker has indicated that Owner may sell the site for Rs 2800-2850 per sqft as he is in need of Money

This is a BDA site Facing West, Please let me know is it worth buing at 2850.

Where is the exact landmark, is it 1st block or 2nd block.
In 1st block next to Saibaba temple, 1 month before they were quoting around 3950/-

Thanks for the reply, i was not able to reply as i was out of station.

The one that i have seen is behid Prestige apartments & i think that one also comes under the I Block.

& as per my my conversations with some of the brokers over there, it is around 3500 near to the saibaba temple.

I had seen a BDA site in II block that is near to the Saibaba temple yesterday & there was no broker involved & the owner of the site was quoting 2800. The only reason for this less price is that there is storm drain that is going in front of the site.

I was not comfortoble in busing this as it will take too much of time for the BDA to close this Drain.
