Hi, I have constructed a house in 2001 and now constructing one more now. Both are by S.S. Designs **********, who have reputation of building more than 750+ houses/apartment complex in and around BLR. They do both consultancy or full contract. I was very much satisfied with my earlier experience and going with the same people. Partners are BE graduates with 20+ years service in civil construction. Try Mr.Srinivas Reddy, he charges a bit more. He constructed my house in JP Nagar. An educated & aggresive character, but never compromises on the quality of the products he uses, eg. uses only ESS taps, tata GI pipes, etc. & delivers the house on time with +,- 15 days, provided you pay him on time. If there is a gap in your payment pls be sure he will not finish on time, this is my personal expreience, i think this goes with every contracter. If you are building a house pls use bricks instead of solid blocks, you may save a bit of space but will end up on paying on maintance.

Have you tried contacting Ramesh - 9900422066 like mentioned above. He is reasonable in rates and very trust worthy person. He built our house 3 years back and no issues so far. I suggest you to get the design done from an architect regardless of the contractor you choose.
