I have been following the forum for past 2 years and find it very good and helpful thanks to Admin team for their efforts to keeping track of cunning people and doing so much contribution.
Coming to the main point I have 50x80 site in SMV block 6 on 60 ft road my site is private and the site next to me is BDA.
Since this is on the main road I am planning commercial cum residencial. the location is very good it is on the same road of oxford college.
I am looking for JV of any type group or single. I feel this is the right time to start .By the time construction is complete it will have a good value.
