bank loan - what expenses will not be covered

I am planning to contruct on a plot, and I have home loan with HDFC...
please let me know which construction expenses are typically not reimbursed by the bank....

1) Archtiect fee
2) BWSSB/BESCOM deposits
3) BBMP plan sanction/commencement deposits
4) interior fittings such as electrical equipment and white(electonic) goods


anyone experienced in this, please share.

None of these mentioned will be covered by bank. only construction expenses from Plinth level till completion is been calculated
