BDA employees layout inside Bank officsers layout

Hi

May i know whay would be the acceptable rate to buy a site in BDA employees layout ? And is there any legal hurdle? Heard they need to get a NOC to sell from BDA ?

Thanks for any type of info on this as i am planning to buy a site there.

I was quoted 2400 - 2600 by brokers.

If any one has a site here please let me know. i dont mind brokers as long as they are genuine and not trying to control prices.

Hi,
This layout is given to BDA Employees Association by BDA. The seller should get an NOC from the Association to sell the plot.
You need to check for the following docs:
1) BDA - BDA Employees Association
2) The sellers application for plot in this layout
3) Allocation letter
5) Sale deed between BDA Employees Ass. and Seller
6) NOC from Assoc.
7) Tax payment receipts

2500-3000 depending on the location, even i am looking in the same layout. These price is told by a RE agent.
