Can somebody tell me the current market price at JP Nagar 9th Phase, 7th Block.. it's located backside of Royal Lake Residency - 3rd Phase South / IMG Elite.

RE agent is quoting me Rs. 2600/- Per Sq ft. Is it reasonable in that area? Please let me know your thoughts as I need to finalize.

I have a west facing 50x80 BDA site in JP Nagar 9th Phase. It is behind Nandi gardens phase 1 apartments. I think its 60 ft road. Close to Royal lake front Residency club house.

Can you please let me know the current price. Also apreciation in 2 to 3 years.
