Looking for a plot on kanakapura road

HI,

I am looking for a commercial / semi commercial property 30X50 , 30X40 on kanakapura road. 1-3 kms from metro cash and carry and should be close to kanakapura main road. This is for self use . Should any of you have any leads, please share .

I have been seeing many plots shown by brokers and others , if it matches the owner wants only the land rate in white and rest in black. For ex. i saw a good plot near konankunte , owner quote was 2,800 but was willing to take only 700 rs (land value) / sqft in white and rest in black which is ridiculous. This was a DC converted plot.

Would appreciate if i could get some leads here.
