Well i too opted for buying an Apartment in Bangalore and its a budgeted one. The completion of the project is around first quarter of 2013
The super built up area is 856 sq.ft .
Attaching the floor plan and 3D unit plan here with.
The Basic price of my apartment is 14 Lakhs. (its a big amount for me)
I would like to customize my apartment to some extent and for which i really don't have any idea the amount of money which i need to shell out. So please take it as bear minimum.
The bedrooms, kitchen, toilets positions can't be changed as per the builder as the ducts are designed like that.
I really like the idea of an open kitchen with a kind of counter top, shower cubicles in bathrooms, good ventilation in kitchen, drawing room and bedrooms.I don't mind extending my kitchen to the utility area too so i can utilize the maximum space available. If you have good design ideas please come up and let me know the design costs.
From the experience and lesson learnt i m opting for the stainless steel modular kitchen.

Re: Interior Design ideas with Cost
The plan is actually quite good and compact. Open kitchen is of course, a personal choice, and going for it usually helps in keeping the kitchen clean!!

Hi pramod,
Few suggestions from my end
1.Never mix utility with kitchen ,you cannot maintain a open kitchen with out good utility.Given that servant maids come only once in a day where are you going to keep used utensils till next morning?
2.Sink filled with used utensils is the most uncomfortable seen for guests
3.The kitchen window position next to fridge check for possibility to fix a sink in utility
4.A big sink in utility will save about 2' platform space in kitchen
5.The other side of the utility is good for washing machine ,make provisions for the same
4.Window position in the master br is less than 2' from the toilet wall, this makes wardrobe to cover the window and also big time headache in fixing the curtain
5. Lighting in your master toilet will be less unless you are on upper floors.
6.Making a open kitchen in your plan will have a very though time to fit in the seating arrangements.
Opening up the service area (utility, balcony etc..) to rooms is not a good idea if you want to maintain the home neat and tidy
