Site for sale at BSK IV to VI stage

Hello Friends,
Last sunday we have visited BSK IV to VI stage BDA layout to search a site for purchase.Brokers are quoting rate between 1500 to 2000 per Sqft. In 9th Block near the proposed lake one village is there which is not under BDA limits. All the manholes of the sewage line has been broken and bricks has been taken out. People do facet in the open area. It looks like a rural area of any desert. No water supply has been provided so far. Work for water supply main line is under progress but speed of work is like a tortoise walk. No one know when BDA will complete its works.
