Just wondering if wood would be a good choice for flooring in Bengaluru. Questions are
1. What is the cost differential between wood and other materials such as granite or vitrified tiles.
2. Is it easy to maintain in Bengaluru conditions (weather, dust and cleaning methods used traditionally).
3. How long would it last as compared to granite etc.
4. See there are many colour choices, but since these are on engineered wood, would the colours last (or fade and discolour with time and exposure to elements).
would appreciate any information you all can provide.

granite would be costlier end of the day, wood would end up max 150 rs/sft, granite is suitable for bangaluru climate any day, Vitrified depends upon size, If you go for RAK these range starts from 150, and this is the only company's tiles costlier,
