Any idea about these projects in north Bangalore

I am looking at the following projects in north Bangalore. I will appreciate any input on the reliability of the builders, on the suitability of the locations, and the price:

1. Divya JSR Limelite (around BEL Circle, Jalahalli Airforce station, Rs. 2450 per sq.ft.)
2. SLS Silver Oak (Kodigehalli, already completed?)
3. SLS Sarovar (Kodigehalli)
4. Platinum City (Yeshwantpur, Rs. 3000 per sq. ft)
5. Vaishnavi Rathnam (Peenya, Rs. 2650 per sq. ft)
