PG CONSTRUCTION

Post by chinna01 »

HI,

I plan to construct a PG accommodation near Yealahanka on NH7 on 30*40 site. Members please inform pros and cons
of PG construction. Lot of pg construction is going on near my area.

Hi Chinna
Pg construction is a good rent fetching composition. But make sure your building facilities are planned well instead of just making generic building with no vent, dinning space, cloth drying areas etc. Any pg building can demand premium rent if they are planned meticulously by understanding the type of occupants expected in that specific area.
Students space demands are different from working class. Working professionals need peace of mind, clean, well organized spaces. Students need more swanky spaces rather than class.
You can always lease the building to pg maintenance guys.
