There is one extremely good lawyer and professor Mr. Alasingar, who can be contacted on 9900095158.
I have taken services from him and here is my opinion.

Pros:
1. Intelligent and thorough in the subject of real estate.
2. In the panel of LIC housing finance and one of the most sought in the LICHFL clients.
3. In south bangalore near j.p. nagar 3rd phase.
4. Unbiased opinion with intutive insight in the possible lapses or strengths.
5. Reasonable opinion fees for genuine clients.

Cons:
1. Does not stick to time lines often.
2. Should be behind him after entrusting the work, or else will prioritise who are behind him.
3. He does the work himself and hence time required for drafting or opinion is more than others.

All the above is my experience based feedback and recommendation.
