MUDA Allotment List released

Just heard that MUDA has started sending allotment letters for people who applied recently (Sep/Oct 2011). Has anyone who applied received any communication from MUDA regarding this. Their website is down due to non-payment of hosting charges, so not much info online. Anyone with any information please post.

Please do not speculate. May I know the reliable source from where you got this dream news?

Even i'm also an applicant. Expecting the things to happen in lightning speed from Govt Bodies is a big joke.
MUDA needs much more time to reap a descent bank interest for our initial deposits. If there is any such
progress, it will be announced through Newspapers first(Atleast in the Mysore Circle).

msn1270 , would you have any idea what would be a speculative time frame from when the allotments process would start . i guess a year would put sep/oct 2012 for allotment . that would be a year of interest which , should fair enough on for MUDA guys .

Last time i.e during 2005-06 for the 3 layouts, they took around 5-6 months time to announce the allotment list.
by expecting the same pace, we can expect the results by Feb or March 2012. If they do it earler this time, it
will be good for the applicants so that they can get back their money & invest it in FD's or somewhere else.

thanks for the reply , you mean there were no new layout application called between 2006 & 2011.

As I remember, In the year 2005, MUDA Called for application twice. After that the recent one in September 2011.

As per the District Incharge Minister RAMDASS, MUDA is planning for an another Mega layout of around 15000 Sites in the near future at a cost of 910 Crore rupees as per today's newspapers. Refer the below link & the attachment.

does any of the muda layouts have problem like one Arkavathy layout was/is plagued by , i applied for Arkavathy layout and luckily i was not allotted any site & got my money back . Just thinking what would have been my plight if i had any site allotted.

As per the local newspaper info, on Jan14, MUDA said, it is going to announnce the initial allotment list by next month for 3000+ sites of various dimensions.

Interesting fact is that, MUDA Admitted it has got around Rs.295 crore rupees for selling the applications to over 1.5 lakh subscribers.



Apart from this, subscribers were forced to shell out Rs. 30(Rs. 20 + Rs.10 service Charge by banks) for stamp paper for providing an affidavit, which gifted Rs. 3 crores for State Government and another Rs. 1.5 crores for Banks.

For giving Affidavit, Notary lawers charges atleast Rs. 100/applicant which is around another 15 crores earned by the Notary Lawers from the applicants.

summary: Poor applicants are being exploited by the Government and its associated bodies for subscribing a site due to their unscientific way of working.
