i plan to purchase a site in BTM residency.can anybody tell me about this lay out and its price.is it developing area?

What is the price they are quoting. how good is this layout. I heard about this lay out but dont have much details.
When I heard the rate was around 1500 not sure now.

Hi,
I remember this layout is BDA approved ( I saw the add's in paper by developer in 2005 time frame). Later on read somewhere in the forum it is partially BDA approved. Please find out that by going to BDA office with the documents. Then proceed further.

Akshayanagar,Incity layout etc
I am planning to buy 30x40 site for residential purpose in and around banneraghatta road and Begur road(Akshaya nagar,Incity layout,Begur road,Anjanapura 11th block etc).I will go for composite loan and for immediate construction.I am looking for direct owners who are willing to sell in these areas.
