IS THIS BUILDER LEGIT?

we have a plot in akshya nagar ,bangalore, we are looking for a builder to build our house in the plot, and we came across this builder silver square infrastructure, we received a mail from them, as we are new here, we would like the experts to help us with this, is this builder legit? and if not could you please suggest us some legit and reliable builder.

Can you upload the specifications sheet? it would help the experts to suggest basis this. On the face of it, 1399/- seems at par with the current market rate, although the devil is in the detail.
I have not heard about the builder so unable to comment on the authenticity.
