Just ignore brokers like ravikanth who does not deserve even 0.5% for the service they provide. they introduce the owners and leave all head aches to the buyers and sellers. they come on the registration days to collect their dirty money.

In the USA, the brokerage is normally 6-7% but they deserve that amount for the service they provide. The buyers don't need to pay any brokerage. The sellers don't have to do anything except signing papers and they get their check at the end. They deserve 6% and BLR brokers deserve sticks.

Is this Ravikanth a broker..??? This Ravikanth also asked for our layout information and De Arch Estates honestly provided him information. That's why his style of asking data seems he is broker but anyhow it's tough to identify whether a broker or direct buyer.

I have been told by a broker that some of the sites in this area have litigation. Can somebody share the information that this site has got litigation since the son of a owner is demanding the equal share.
