BBMP Building Plan Approval

I am planning to reconstruct my house(30*40, G+1). I am currently in the process of getting a plan approval from BBMP. I recently learnt that they have moved the plan approval to the ward level. I approached my BBMP ward office to check the details. The official I spoke told that the entire approval would be handled by them and I just need to get the approval documents they will get all the things done. According to him the official charges it self would be Rs.30000 and also I need to pay extra (bribe) for getting the approval without any hassles.

I would like to know if anyone had recent experiences with the plan approval from BBMP at ward approval. If yes, How much did it cost overall(official +bribe)?
If there are any agents who could get this done quickly?

My contractor also does the building plan (sanction plan) approval
as a side business. He had told me that the whole process has moved to
online now. I do not know the ward-level approval thing..

On a 30*40 you can get the approval for stilt+G+1+2. I got the approval for stilt+G+1, the official DD charges were 26K and the bribe 30K. If you know someone then the bribe can be still lesser. As far as i know there is nothing done at ward level. you can approach directly the office near Mayo hall

I have approval for g+1 with me for a 30x40 site. I would like to construct a duplex in future on the 1st floor. Can I get the BDA or BBMP approval for this. What is the maximum floors that can be built on 30*40 site?

I am just re-opening a old thread here. Just wanted to know what is the maximum that one can build in a 30x40? I have plan ready that needs to go for approvals, its Ground+1st+2nd (only one room in the 2nd) overall area around 2000 sqft. Please advise.

You get approval for G+3 or stilth+G+2 for 30x40 site. Somehere in this forum one of our member has shared the BBMP by-laws which you can look up.
