Site Information for jayanagar housing Society 2nd Block

Hi Friends,
I had seen site in Jayanagar housing Society 2nd Block behind Mantri tranquil near Iskon Temple. Agent Quote is around 2800/SQ Ft.They say its BDA approved layout.
Does any one knows about this area? Whats the rate in this area?

2800/- is too high price. almost 2 years back I had negotiated for a site near water tank of jayanagar housing society for 1700/-, but didnot go for purchase.

Hi,

Even I have been looking for sites in Jayanagar housing board, behind ISKCON and near to Chartered Beverly Hills. The price quoted to me was Rs.3000 for 30*40 site in 1st Block.
Will let you know how the whole thing shapes up. In the meanwhile, let me know if you have come across any thing that I should be aware of with this deal.

i think the price he is quoted is not the final price , the best site price is some thing like 2400 to 2600

Hi, every body showing site, but these r not giving any documents, and only the agents are there . Sellers are very less. Last week i saw 1 site coating price.2600/Sqft negotiable. This is close to CHARTED APARTMENTS. What you think . Is it worth. Give me some reply.

The same happened to me and I was not given the papers as well. The site that I saw was close to Chartered Beverly hills property.

Did you get the site through broker or direct owner. I am interested and am pursuing my hunt for property in this area. Share me any information that you find useful.

Are these sites are have NOC from BDA??.As per information,we have 2 kinds of site.One is with BDA NOC & Another "A" khatha sites.

The same happened to me and I was not given the papers as well.

Owners are testing the waters. The same thing is happening all over bangalore.
Many owners are curious to know the price and later they will back out from selling.
