Hi,

In Postal layout Phase 2 has got over. Now for phase III 725 per sqt. I had seen the site and this place near bettanahalli village (not attached to village) this location joining 3 layouts together i.e Telecom housing society's Green fields Phase III B block, Telecom Aeropark and Postal society's Sandesh Lake side. For Phase I they got the zonal approval. I have booked for 30x40 site in Phase III

I need your expert advise is this really worth to upgrade the plot size to higher dimension i.e 30x50 or 40x60 with the current price 725? is this price really worth? i had booked for 30x40 site based on their previous track record etc., as i know it take very long time to get register. I had experienced the same in Telecom housing society. But this for my long term investment

Hi Raghu,

This is first post as a member, got my membership approved yesterday. Though i have been a silent spectator for some time on this site.

I have booked a 30x50 site in Sandesh Lakeside Phase III. A per yesterday's statistics 242 out of 250 sites have been booked. I feel it would be a wise idea if you upgrade subject to availibility, the prices will surely appreciate once all the layouts in this vicinity start getting completed.

Thanks for your suggestion...i have already upgraded to 30x50. But what i heard was booking got closure since remaining sites they want to keep it as a reserves...Yeah as u said there definitely future appreciation will be there...Only worry is they should not increase the price since we already paying premium

Hi,

If you are talking about Telecom Layout - Green fields 1, 2, & 3 are ready to allot only constraints is every member has to sign and affidavit , address proof and living certificate from BBMP (refer their site) once you submit they make allocate Jan end not sure...

For Postal its still in beginning stage may be another 2 years

Yes...2 questions.

1. Sandesh nagar/ layout - Any idea on the time frame for allotments??
2. Green fields - I am aware of a layout near uttanahalli, not sure if that is green fields. Is it confirmed here that they would allot in Jan'12??

It has been quite sometime that there is any visible progress seen in both places.

For sandesh nagar - Phase 1 they got the zonal clearance and they are in the process of DC conversion Phase 2 is the same case for Phase 3 its just got over they will start the process ....once they get the DC conversion they have to obtain the pollution clearance certificate then approval of Master plan. Considering all this at least it takes 2 years for allotment

Uttanahalli is different from GF..not sure about jan last week hopefully
