Thank you Mahan, so if we buy a site there we have to have the villa right. If records are clean then 125 is still cheap.

Hello,
Kaiwara is far off from Bangalore . Plese not that 6 KMs from Whitefield is not correct . it is almost 60Kms from White filed . ( please check your self driving directions by going to www.maps.google.com).23 Kms from Airport is also wrong . it is 55 Kms.Nandgudi project is not in the list of SEZs any more .
Please think twice before investing .

Hi All,
I and my 3 other friends went to check the place. As were staying near to the office in Banaswadi.
They arranged a free tour for us. The best part is the moment we enetered the cab.
The distance from their office changed from 25 km to 42 kms.
The driver said that whoever goes to that place. Noone ever buys anything.
The best part of the story starts now:
1) The distance to the atheena future village was aroung 110 + one side from their office.
2) Frm the highway it is around 25 kms inside.
3) Nothing around the place and still half of the plots are already with farms on it.
4) They found ppl who were acting that they are so desperate to buy the place. Which was pretty funny.
5) Also, all the amenities they mentioned were with ** which means no scope atall.
It was such a total waste for us and only one thing i can say it was pathetic.
And no scope of development atall for atleast 10-15 years there.
Will post the exact distance from Bangalore in next post

GUYS ! Future city is an integrated township and i have bought 1lac sft and got registered also. The rate 125psft is really unbelievable, so to find out is there any marketing gimmicks are there are not, i told them to reg. asap, and for my correct decision got reg. done but using form 9 and 10 and thats ok they said clearly DTCP is on process and will take time of 10months which is true and they told clearly in prior to reg. 125 is given coz all are on process,if it were allon place they would have sold it in 300/-psft which is the current price in that surroundings.

VRUSHALI thats why it is 125/- which nowhere in earth possible with all features mentioned by the builders. according to u only 10yrs it would be say 500/- atleast imagine 4 times of buy, 1.25lacs 1 site , so it would be 6lacs. even FD or any bank may not give and money is 100% secured compared to LIC/Mutual funds/any other investments all we hold only paper piece, which is off no use if company goes bankrupt which is common and no one can predict 10 years, when cos like satyam/ lehman brothers are few, here suppose builder dont develop or goes bankrupt we hold legal property papers with possession with u and which is the safest and risk free investment with guaranteed appreciation and where appreciation is not in control on anyone compared to other investment product. land will be therefor generations.

Rs 125, might be cheap for the agents like you . They are hard earned money of the common people . They are misguided by this type of advertisement .If they invest , in this type of projects , they wont get anything . The aim of the forum is to share valuable information among the members .They are lot of good information shared by Real Estate Agents , which are highly appreciated .The information share by you is not correct ....
As mentioned by vrushali "4) They found ppl who were acting that they are so desperate to buy the place. Which was pretty funny." , they are insiders ( arranged by the developers ) .These cheap marketing , we can find in China Bazaar or Burma Bazaar . if you enquire a product in Burma Bazaar , one more customer will come and enquire the same product . The new customer will talk to himself , that the product is excellent and starts bargain the price .The vendor will comprise for price reduction of 10 to 20% , if they buy 2 items . you might purchase one and the new customer the other .. . Later the item purchased by the new customer will be back to Vendor after you move out .
