Some of the online reviews on Golden Gate and Prisha are like this.
1) I am a owner of one of the Golden Gate apartments in C1 and my friends stay in D2 blocks. All of us have problems with the Apartment, Construction quality, timely delivery of the promised amenities etc. Where is the Club House and Pool even after these guys collected 2.5 Lakhs from all the residents. It is totally un-heard of that they will build these facilities only after completing all the blocks ( Pending A1, A2, B1 and B2). It was told by the site supervisor GLEN that these facilities will NOT be ready before 2013 atleast. Then why take our Money all before ??
The make shift arrangement of the so called club house is that they have put some machines and weights in their TINY SHOW HOUSE which they had made with Simple Tin Sheets and Gypsum partitions !!! Now we residents should be HAPPY with what they have Blessed us with !!!
While I said this, I should mention that there are ARROW MARKS showing directions to the SWIMMING POOL and There is NO SWIMMING POOL EVER CONSTRUCTED. Atleast they have provided DIRECTION ARROW MARKS !!!
The Lifts in the building have problems. The Generators are NOT on Automatic change over. Once the KSEB power goes, It takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes for someone to switch on the Genset. It seems that the previous writer PRATAPBS is not aware of these issues his house is a Granted HEAVEN in this block. Don't you not attend our meetings PRATAPBS where all the complaints are spoken by almost all the residents ?? In the last meeting held at the Amphitheatre, Golden Palms was supposed to send someone to listen to the numerous and never ending complaints and the LADY stood there for hardly a minute and Vanished to THIN AIR !!! And they call their services "Prompt" !
When we booked the Flat in 2008-2009, we were told that the MUD ROAD from the Main Road will be properly done as a Tarmac. NOTHING has been done in this regard and They do not even have plans to do so. I think one should look at Sobha Crysanthamum which is adjascent to Golden Palms and Sobha has done a full TARMAC till the main road for their residents. Here, the Golden Gate Property Management do not even care about their residents and do not even keep up to their words and Promises.
The Sales Team gives you lot of promise and at the end you get nothing. Pathetic response. The Lady in their corporate office Lakshmi who claims to be "Greater than God" thinks that she can get away with her Bullshits. She has been designated as some CRM head and she does not even know what is Customer Relations. Pathetic. The numerous complaints we all residents sent to their offices seems to be reaching some DEAF EARS.

2) they are a cheat company, , they never complete their common area developments... they may complete your aparrtment work but rest everything they leave incomplete, , , horrible ppl, , they sounds very professional

but actually they are not professional... they left many projects incomplete... i need not explain why these ppl have started floating their sister concerns just because they just want to wash their hands from all their incomplete projects... Golden blossom is the best example of their all cheating.. please do visit and see things there..

3) golden blossom was never completed, , they just leave common amenities half built... they are dangerous ppl and hard core builders... you may have nice impression when you meet them first but as far as their project are concern they are never delivered with quality and infact some projects they never delivered at all... so please beware of golden gate and its sisters concerns like prisha properties

4) Please stay away from any of the Prisha Properties. This developer is none other than GOLDEN GATE PROPERTIES, but has come with a new name to rake in more money from the people.
He has not completed his projects on Sarjapur road (near Attibele Circle) and Yeshwantpur, even after 4-5 years. Their approach towards clients who have bought property is very casual and callous. No professionalism towards execution of projects and very big LIARS, CHEATS.
Better to stay away from any of their projects.
Caution: Invest in this group's projects at your own peril.

Thanks @msn1270 for such invaluable info on the developers. I dont think there is anymore doubt left in our mind that designersJM is same as promote_plots. I am equally apalled with the audacity with which this gentleman designersJM says to search on the net for more info on prisha developers, when every single review available on net, speaks in negative about the developer. The supposed upcoming layout which is being hard marketed by this guy has not even cleared BBMP approval. All the reviews available on net doesn't give much hope either.
If designersJM is indeed a buyer in the layout as he claims, I would be interested to hear his reaction to the reviews mentioned by @msn1270 and other reviews mentioned in mouthshut.com
