Have anyone heard about "Shriram Malhaar" project @sarjapur in bangalore, is it worth looking at it. has any one booked it? Please suggest as I am interested.

Hi,
Visited the place yesterday. It is about 2km from Sarjapura bus stand towards Ittangore village right opposite to Anjaneya swami temple.
The layout is in the initial stage. I have not seen a single house till the proposed layout and stretch is deserted as one side of the road is (used to be )a lake. It may be ok for investment...

I have booked a plot in Shriram Malhaar.
It would not be a right move for investment. Bcoz, the proposed infosys campus is not coming in sarjapur. Pls refer this link.

Infosys has decided to move to Pune. So, there wont be much development in that area atleast for 5 to 10 years unless there will any IT companies coming there. Persons who are interested to construct their own house can go for it.

What is the price at which transactions r happening in Shriram Malhaar? They were quoting Rs 899 in Sep 2011 but looks like they are asking Rs 1100 to 1200 now. Please share current pricing info

I bought the plot @ 1200/sq ft. But I heard now it is @ 1250/sq ft and it is going to be @ 1300/sq ft from Jan 1st, 2012.

If you are looking for investment purpose, you have to wait for long term as the sarjapur area will take atleast 10 years to get developed.
