Sample Agreement with contractor

Has anybody got the agreement with the contractor handy ? I am more interested in the clauses mentioned , than the rate of materials. If any one of you can attach it here, it would be of great help.

This is not a complete list of all the clauses, but definetly a starting point for you.

Agreements will be made as per your requirements & needs. Please make sure you spend as much time required on the agreement and ask even the smallest doubt/question.

Gurus on the forum, please help to make a complete list to help many owners who are new like us to house construction
