Hi
did u went for the monodoors or engaged a carpenter to do the wood work.Iam confused as im not sure which will be economical as well
durable.

1 - Main door teak - Carpenter
2 - Windows frame Red saal - Carpenter
3 - Window shutter - Australian Honne - Carpenter
4 - Balcanony - exit doors - MS sheet Fibre doors - stronger then wood -ready made
5 - Wet area - Fibre doors -ready made
6 - Rooms - Flush doors - ready made - Frames - Carpenter.
7 - Wet area windows - Aluminum windows -Ready made

My carpenter is quoting 80/cft for normal design.is it the current market rate ,how much the total wood cost for u..
I have 9 doors & 9 windows and im reserving 1.5lk for it.I wonder whether this would work with in it.

I have one big window 7*7.5 planning to go for a shutter for this any ideas?security wise?

For #5 above, by fibre door, I think you meant HDF or masonite skin doors right? what type of frames are used? Are wood frames (sal/honne) OK for wet areas? Any feedback about FRP frames?
