How many floors can we construct in a 600 SQ FT BDA plot?

Hi - I am looking at buying a house which is constructed in 3 floors on a 600 SQ FT BDA plot in OMBR layout. Are there any restrictions from BDA/BBMP on the number of floors/Height of building for residential purpose? Please help..

maximum Ground + 3 Floors

The number of floors will also depend on the road in front of your site, If its 4o" road i think u can go for G+ 2 floors

Thansk a lot for your responses.the road is 25 Ft. In that case is it violating anything? we are thinking of making an offer for the house but scared we will land into troubkle unknowingly

In that case,i don't think you can construct G+ 2 floors. Better consult architects for accurate info

ground floor + first floor is legally allowed. above that you can add bribes and construct second floor. third floor is a big no.
